While Sizophila C.C.H.F recognises that there are situation inimitable to HIV infection, this policy rests on the principle that HIV infection and AIDS should be treated like any other serious condition or illness that may affect employees. SIZOPHILS C.C.H.F REPUTATION MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
SIZOPHILA NPO is still a small organisation that has just started using the media; therefore we have not yet attracted any bad press that will need managing. The organisations media relations are still handled by a single person because of the low media attraction we are still facing due to being new in social media engagements.
With all that being said, our reputation management is still under control because we have been sharing meaningful content and although the responses are low, they have been positive. This lives us at a stage where I can confidently admit that we reputable online management since we are able to respond to viewers.
As the organisation grows the strategy we aim to use is still simple, share relevant content that allows our followers to understand the nature of our services and to be prepare to answer their comments.
Integrated brand marketing plan for your NGO
SIZOPHILA C.C.H.F is planning to conduct an AIDS awareness week as a form of promoting the NPO. The aim of the campaign is to get people to overcome the stigma surrounding the virus and learn to live with it because even in this day and age, there are still a lot of people who believe that the virus brings shame to their lives and families. Helping communities in this way will help the NPO in marketing itself because the brand will be recognised for its credibility and effortlessness in striving to provide services. The campaign will run for a week.
